Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website operated by Synergy Arogya Private Limited ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and Independent Distributors who access the Site.

2. E-Commerce & Purchases

2.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or divide up orders.

2.2 Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

2.3 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Independent Distributors may have specific return policies as governed by the Distributor Agreement.

3. Binary Direct Selling Model (MLM)

Users may register as Independent Distributors to purchase products at wholesale prices and participate in our Binary Compensation Plan.

3.1 Independent Contractor Status

As a Distributor, you are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or legal representative of Synergy Arogya. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning your business.

3.2 Binary Compensation Plan

Commissions and bonuses are paid based on the sale of products. No commissions are paid for the mere act of recruiting others. Compensation is calculated based on the Binary Model (Left leg / Right leg volume matching) as detailed in the official Compensation Plan document.

3.3 Income Disclaimer

Income Disclaimer: Earnings as a Synergy Arogya Distributor are based solely on the successful sale of products to consumers and their downline organization's sales. Synergy Arogya makes no guarantee of financial success. Success depends on individual effort, leadership, and market conditions.

3.4 Policies & Code of Ethics

No Poaching: Direct cross-line recruiting is strictly prohibited.
Medical Claims: Distributors must NOT make any medical claims regarding Synergy Arogya products. Our products are Ayurvedic supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Inventory Loading: Distributors should strictly avoid purchasing more inventory than they can reasonably sell or consume in a month (Inventory Loading is prohibited).

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karur, Tamil Nadu.
